the room was spacious. a bathtub and separate shower were included in MY room. i appreciated the iron and ironing board being available.

the room felt a bit WARM because i could not open the windows.

fantastic stay!

hotel bar warm staff good size super clean bathroom

the hotel gave me 20 euros at check-in to spend in the bar, a very nice touch. the staff was very warm and helpful, i really appreciate that. the room and bathroom had a really good size and everything was super clean.

the breakfast was excellent, but it did get quite crowded on a late sunday morning so i had to wait for a table.

the hotel sits right on the river across from the cathedral. the location allows a quick walk across the bridge to the center of the town. i found it very convenient for sightseeing and access to various attractions.

my room was very clean and modern. it had good amenities and proper maintenance, i could not see dust anywhere. the beds were very good quality, i had a wonderful sleep. the room had everything i needed.

charming stay by the rhine

helpful concierge wide variety convenient location

i really enjoyed my stay. the concierge was helpful to me, especially with restaurant recommendations. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of foods. the location was very convenient to the train station.

the room's temperature control did not seem to work well. i felt the room was too warm. it was impossible to open the windows. the cooling function looked inoperative.

wonderful experience at the hotel

polite staff wide variety river view separate bath

the staff were polite. i found the breakfast to be superb, with a wide variety of options. the room overlooked the river and the cathedral. the bathroom included both a separate bath and shower.

the room was slightly too warm , and the air conditioning did not seem to cool it effectively.

charmed by everything!

central location amazing breakfast excellent service

the location made getting around so easy. i walked to the cathedral, trade show, and several wonderful restaurants. breakfast was amazing and had so many options. the water pressure in the shower was great, too. i loved the spacious room and found the housekeeping service excellent.

the walls seemed very thin, and i could hear my neighbor easily. this made it hard to rest at times.

the twin room includes very comfy beds and a lot of space. housekeeping kept everything tidy. i found the room to be quiet. i loved this room.

The hotel's fitness center includes three treadmills and also two stationary bikes. the spa area is a plus. It features a sauna and steam room. the swimming pool looked sparkling, inviting guests for swims.

great location many choices dated room deep cleaning

the location was really great for exploring. the breakfast had many choices and everything tasted fresh. it was really good.

the room looked a little dated when i got there. the bathroom needed a proper deep cleaning, so it wasnt ideal. it needs a deep clean.
